Jocelyn G. Pesquera is a skilled lawyer, arbitrator and accountant, specializing in commercial, labor and maritime arbitration, human resources, taxation, real estate, estate planning and local governance.

She is currently a Legal Counsel of manufacturing, real estate and resort companies and handling contracts, corporate, regulatory, human resource and general advisory work. She also has experience with the banking, telecommunication and tourism industries.

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree with the University of Sand Carlos and was admitted to the Philippine bar. She has extensive training on international and domestic arbitration here in the Philippines and abroad. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Appraiser.

She is a member of Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc.
